My Story

Hi! I'm Dale Ingham, Owner/Carpenter here at Shore Pine Construction and I am excited to share my passion for all things carpentry and construction with you.

Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, I spent my childhood riding bikes, playing sports, camping in Tofino, and helping my grandparents work the family farm. Since obtaining my Red Seal certification in Carpentry I have worked in both residential and commercial construction in BC and Alberta. After a few years of working away and travelling for work, I wanted to return home and Shore Pine was born. I have been operating for over 2 years now and really enjoy working with clients in the Cowichan Valley. From total home renovations, outdoor projects, additions and strata work, the project diversity is always refreshing. If I'm not out building something, you can find me hanging with my dog Kida, spending time with my wife, family, and friends, and exploring our beautiful island we call home.

Shore Pine Construction was born out of a passion for building beautiful things and a commitment to exceptional client service. With over 10 years of Residential and Commercial construction experience in BC and Alberta, I wanted to create a company with a foundation of high-quality workmanship, efficient job planning, and a strong focus on client engagement.
